Little Traveller is run from the United Kingdom by people who know what it is like to plan a long-haul trip around a nap schedule. We work with established suppliers and delivery partners in Dubai who know the hotels, the traffic and the standards expected of them.
Why we started
This section needs your words, not ours. How we work
We are the only company you speak to
Several businesses touch your order. You deal with one of them. If something goes wrong at any point in that chain it is ours to fix, not yours to chase.
We would rather say no
If we cannot source something to the standard we would want for our own children, we say so and tell you where else to look. A confident no is worth more than an unreliable yes.
We answer in plain English
No account to create before you can ask a question, no automated runaround. A person reads your message and replies to it.
We tell you when we are wrong
Deliveries are late sometimes and equipment fails sometimes. You will hear it from us first, with what we are doing about it.
